Job Summary:

The Master Trainer (F&B Services) will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to trainees enrolled under the Hospitality and Tourism Project. The role involves developing and implementing competency-based training modules, ensuring skill enhancement aligned with industry standards, and mentoring trainees to prepare them for employment in the hospitality and tourism sector. The position requires a strong background in F&B service operations, training delivery, and practical knowledge of hospitality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver theory and practical sessions in Food & Beverage Services according to the curriculum.

Design lesson plans, training materials, and practical exercises to enhance participant learning.

Conduct assessments and evaluate trainees’ performance in line with competency-based standards.

Ensure health, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained during all training activities.

Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training documentation as per project requirements.

Provide career guidance, soft skills training, and workplace readiness sessions for trainees.

Coordinate with the Project Manager for timely reporting, training logistics, and resource requirements.

Stay updated with the latest hospitality trends, tools, and technologies relevant to F&B service.

Support in organizing exposure visits, guest sessions, and job placement activities.

 10. Any Other Tasks Assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Masters’s/ bachelor’s degree holder preferably or having Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in Food & Beverage Services.
3. Prior experience as a Trainer / Instructor in F&B or hospitality training programs will be an advantage.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in English and Urdu (local languages of Chitral will be a plus).
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a project-based environment and meet deadlines.
